AX Creative is a full-service creative and marketing agency. We act as a bolt-on growth team for our clients, delivering brand strategy, content, design, digital ads, and 3D experiences. We're growing, and we need someone who can push the front line of sales.

The Role

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative who thrives on experimentation and results. You'll manage outbound campaigns through Zapmail, Instantly, and other tools — testing new approaches, refining what works, and booking high-quality meetings with decision-makers.

What You'll Do

  • Run and optimise outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold outreach).
  • Test new ideas, angles, and strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings with potential clients.
  • Work with leadership to identify target accounts in real estate, property, lifestyle, and consumer sectors.
  • Track performance, report results, and refine campaigns as you go.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience running outbound campaigns with tools like Zapmail, Instantly, or similar.
  • A "try, test, and learn" mindset — not afraid to experiment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive and accountable — you don't wait for instructions, you make things happen.
  • Sales / lead gen experience is ideal, but attitude and hunger come first.
