They understand customer behavior, leverage CRM and eCommerce tools, and consistently boost order value and retention rates through strong recovery and upselling strategies.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Reach out to customers who abandoned or declined orders, using targeted recovery strategies.
  • Deliver tailored pitches that turn hesitation into completed purchases.
  • Provide product details, address objections, and close sales effectively.
  • Accurately update customer records and process orders with precision.
  • Ensure smooth post-sale interactions and protect Nooro's brand reputation.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas while creating opportunities for future upsells.
  • Keep detailed records of calls, sales, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years' experience in outbound sales with proven recovery strategies.
  • Strong upselling background—boosting order value and retention.
  • High close rate in both recovery and hard selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills in English.
  • Experience using CRM systems, telephony tools, and eCommerce platforms.
  • Resilience in fast-paced, high-pressure sales environments.
  • Quick learner with strong product presentation skills.
