We are looking for a Reservations Agent to join our team at Dusit Hotels & Resorts. This role is vital in ensuring an exceptional guest experience by managing room reservations efficiently, accurately, and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming reservations via phone, email, chat, and other channels
  • Confirm bookings and ensure turnaround on correspondence within standard time
  • Review and verify reservation details for accuracy
  • Maintain and organize all reservation documents and files
  • Update rates, availability, and Opera reservation system
  • Upsell rooms when necessary to optimize revenue
  • Provide guests with accurate hotel information and assist with queries
  • Collaborate with the team and attend departmental meetings

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in reservations or customer service is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Opera or other reservation systems is a plus
