QUALIFICATIONS:
- A graduate of any of the following Bachelor's degrees: Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Behavioral Science, Human Resource and Development Management, or other related degrees
- A master's degree or certification in HR Management is an advantage
- Must have at least two (2) years of supervisory experience
- With 3-5 years of solid experience in recruitment
- Proficient in MS Office programs, particularly in MS Word, PowerPoint presentations, Photoshop, and other creative tools
- Must have excellent command of English and Filipino languages; Proficiency in other dialects is a plus.
- Must have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Supervisor oversees the talent acquisition process within the company. He/She shall be responsible for managing the talent acquisition team, developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, ensuring compliance with hiring policies, and collaborating with department heads to fulfill manpower needs.
Strategic Sourcing & Partnership Management
The core function is to plan, develop, and execute sourcing strategies to ensure a sufficient pool of applicants. This includes:
- Digital Management: Maintaining and monitoring Talent Acquisition social media accounts and ensuring all job posts comply with job site guidelines.
- Partnerships: Renewing yearly PESO affiliations, managing relationships with technical/training schools and universities, and coordinating job/school fair activities (including budget and collateral).
Full-Cycle Recruitment & Data Management
Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions (rank and file, supervisory, and highly technical). This involves:
- Execution: Conducting sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and processing applicants.
- Database Management: Creating a centralized database of active/inactive profiles and blacklisted employees/applicants.
- Administration: Monitoring and processing Request for Payment (RFP) for testing fees and issuing a quarterly applicant experience survey.
Process Improvement & Compliance (ISO)
Ensures the TA function operates efficiently and adheres to quality standards:
- Compliance: Guiding the team to follow ISO standards and ensuring hiring policies/procedures are compliant.
- Process Enhancement: Reviewing and recommending revisions and improvements to TA policy and forms, and collaborating with the TA Head to streamline processes and enhance the applicant experience.
Team Leadership, Reporting, & HRIS
Manages the team and provides critical reporting to the department and the company:
- Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring team members, facilitating weekly team meetings, conducting semi-annual performance evaluations, and conducting orientation/training for new TA employees.
- Reporting: Preparing and submitting weekly recruitment reports and comprehensive monthly reports/metrics on time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire for the company's General Assembly (GA).
- System Coordination: Acting as the focal person for coordinating with the HRIS provider for new account creation, system issues, and recommending improvements.
- Strategic Support: Assisting the TA Head with strategic planning and updating the TA module on the company website.
Job Type: Permanent
Base Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
