Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Makati for a Sales and Operations Manager. The Sales and Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales operations, managing customer satisfaction and service, analyzing sales data, and ensuring efficient operations management. The manager will also communicate with clients and staff to ensure the highest standards of service and operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Operations Management and Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Makati
  • Experience in store retail operations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or related field
