About the Role

The Fulfilment Operations Manager leads the entire fulfilment chain—from inbound receiving to final delivery—to guarantee efficient, accurate, and synchronized operations across warehouse and logistics teams. This position directs the Warehouse Manager and Logistics Assistant Manager, ensuring their processes operate as one cohesive system that supports business growth, order reliability, and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end fulfilment: inbound receiving, warehousing, order processing, dispatch, and delivery.
  • Supervise the Warehouse Manager and Logistics Assistant Manager to maintain alignment of daily operations.
  • Monitor fulfilment KPIs (accuracy, lead time, dispatch reliability, shrinkage, and customer delivery performance).
  • Optimize coordination between Warehouse, Inventory Control, Allocation, and Logistics teams.
  • Implement process improvements to reduce delays, errors, and operational costs.
  • Review ERP/WMS data integrity and accuracy of stock movement documentation.
  • Lead performance reviews, capacity planning, and resource allocation across fulfilment functions.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, and Service Support Divisions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or fulfilment operations, including 3 years in a managerial or integrative leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of ERP or WMS systems, inventory reconciliation, and dispatch coordination.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple teams and optimize operational performance through data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
