  • Commission: Php 140,000 – Php 380,000+ per unit sold
  • Incentives: Php 10,000 – Php 16,000 per unit sold
  • Flexible Schedule: Required in the office only 2-3x per week only and on-site duty (2-4x a month), will not require if already have a sale
  • Side jobs or businesses are allowed as long as they do not create a conflict of interest with the real estate profession, and you can still come to the office.
  • Must have a laptop or gadget to do selling activities and willing to spend the advertisement allowance for AD boosting.
