Job Description

  • Data Consolidation & Reporting
  • Collect, validate, and consolidate sales, pricing, inventory, and customer data.
  • Build and maintain Excel-based dashboards that track sales performance, product mix, customer trends, and service levels.
  • Provide actionable insights to guide pricing, product allocation, and sales team performance.
  • Forecasting & Planning
  • Consolidate sales forecasts submitted by the commercial team into a unified demand plan.
  • Analyze forecast accuracy versus actual performance and highlight gaps or risks.
  • Work with sales and supply chain teams to align demand planning with import schedules and inventory availability.
  • Sales Operations Support
  • Standardize reporting across sales accounts and teams.
  • Monitor order fulfillment and coordinate with sales and logistics to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Support sales planning by providing historical trend analysis and market-driven insights.
  • Customer Servicing Enablement
  • Strengthen servicing standards by improving workflows for order accuracy, customer follow-ups, and issue resolutions.
  • Provide the commercial team with tools and reports to improve responsiveness to client needs.
  • Market & Business Intelligence
  • Track import trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences in the foodservice industry.
  • Summarize and present market movements that could affect supply, pricing, or customer demand using Excel reports.
  • Will work with Commercial Director to drive operational efficiency across all business.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance metrics.
  • Owns the forecast and planning for all commercial for one consolidation.

Qualifications:

  • With a Bachelor's degree
  • With Sales operations background, worked with entrepreneurs to have dynamism in the movement of business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
