HR/Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Record Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files, both physical and digital, including personal information, employment contracts, and other relevant documentation.
- Payroll Support: Assisting with payroll preparation by gathering data on employee absences, leaves, and other relevant information.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assisting with job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding materials for new hires.
- HR Policy and Procedure: Ensuring that HR policies and procedures are documented and accessible, and contributing to their updates.
- Employee Relations: Responding to employee inquiries, resolving basic HR-related issues, and escalating more complex matters to senior HR staff.
- Reporting: Preparing various HR reports, such as attendance reports, recruitment statistics, and other relevant data.
- General Administrative Support: Handling various administrative tasks such as managing HR correspondence, maintaining HR databases, and scheduling meetings.
- Compliance: Ensuring that HR practices adhere to labor laws and regulations.
Essential Skills:
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.
- Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication for interacting with employees and external partners.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve basic HR-related issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Confidentiality: Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17, Php19,000.00 per month
