HR Payroll Officer

Manage the weekly and monthly payroll process and ensure accurate and timely compensation for all employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll systems, HR policies, statutory compliance, and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate payroll records including attendance, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, deductions, reimbursements, and more.
- Coordinate with Finance for payroll disbursement and reconciliations.
- Support HR team with admin tasks.
- Generate regular payroll reports for management and statutory bodies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience atleast 1 year in payroll processing or HR operations.
- Familiarity with payroll software such as SAP or equivalent.
- Excellent numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
