CHECKER/QCI - LPG Industry is responsible for accurate and timely encoding of data related to LPG transactions, deliveries, inventory, and customer records. This position supports both field operations and office administration by ensuring that records are complete, updated, and properly maintained for reporting and compliance purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
Encode daily LPG cylinder transactions including delivery receipts, sales invoices, and trip tickets.
Input data related to cylinder movements (filled, empty, returned, requalified) and monitor balances in the system.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports (sales summary, inventory reports, delivery logs).
Coordinate with drivers, salesman riders, and plant personnel to verify delivery and return details.
Encode customer information and update records for contracts, billing, and credit monitoring.
Conduct field data collection or checking when necessary (e.g., cylinder count, delivery verification).
Maintain filing system for physical and digital records (DRs, POs, receipts, etc.).
Perform basic clerical tasks such as printing documents, scanning, and assisting plant admin tasks.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all encoded transactions.
Comply with company data handling protocols and LPG industry documentation standards.

Qualifications:
Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course (preferably in Business Admin, IT, or related fields).
With at least 1 year of experience in data encoding or admin work; experience in the LPG industry is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with inventory or sales encoding systems.
Accurate, fast, and detail-oriented encoder.
Can work in both office and field environment.
Honest, organized, and willing to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in LPG inventory systems or POS encoding tools.
Familiarity with plant operations or logistics processes (especially cylinder tracking).
Willing to travel or assist in field operations when needed.
