We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR processes, from recruitment to employee relations, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle general recruitment processes, onboarding, and offboarding of employees.
  • Manage company and statutory benefits administration.
  • Oversee employee relations and provide support for employee concerns.
  • Monitor timekeeping, process payroll and billing requirements accurately.
  • Plan and coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Prepare and maintain documents required for ISO audits (internal & external).

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a college graduate with a degree related to Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and statutory requirements.
  • Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work immediately.

Working Schedule:

  • Regular work schedule: Monday to Saturday
