We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Associate to join our team at Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines Inc. in Santo Tomas City, Batangas. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to contribute to the success of our organization.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Providing administrative support for all HR-related functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration
  • Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and compliance
  • Coordinating training and development initiatives for employees
  • Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
  • Supporting the HR team in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • With experience in Payroll Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
  • A collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for detail
