Project Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Project Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on active construction sites. The role is hands-on and requires a strong leader who can ensure that work is carried out safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The Site Supervisor will directly manage work crews, enforce safety protocols, coordinate materials and deliveries, and serve as a key link between the field and project management.


Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Site Setup & Preparation

  • Coordinate with foremen and leadmen; conduct and participate in toolbox meetings.
  • Inspect site readiness and safety conditions at the start of each workday.

2. Direct Supervision of Work Crews

  • Assign tasks according to skills and project priorities.
  • Monitor crew performance to ensure compliance with project plans and quality standards.
  • Provide on-the-spot support and problem-solving.

3. Quality Control

  • Conduct inspections of measurements, alignments, and workmanship.
  • Oversee concrete pouring, formwork, and rebar installation.
  • Halt work and take corrective measures when quality or safety issues arise.

4. Safety Management

  • Conduct safety patrols throughout the site.
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols.
  • Lead toolbox talks to strengthen workforce safety awareness.

5. Communication & Coordination

  • Manage material orders and delivery schedules, including precast items.
  • Coordinate with batching plants on concrete orders, delivery times, and mix specifications.
  • Escalate major site issues to project management while resolving minor issues independently.

6. Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare and submit Site Observation Reports (SORs) using Procore.
  • Maintain and update the Weekly Concreting Schedule (WCS).
  • Keep accurate daily logs of manpower, materials, and incidents.
  • Document progress and concerns with photos for reporting and audit purposes.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar supervisory role in construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes (rebar, formworks, concreting), quality control, and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing site conditions.
