URGENT HIRING: Project Supervisor (BTL)

Job Overview:

The Project Supervisor provides support to the Project Manager in executing below-the-line (BTL) campaigns. This role ensures the smooth and efficient implementation of on-ground activities while maintaining coordination with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee on-site implementation of BTL projects, including events, activations, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manpower, and internal teams to ensure all project requirements are met.
  • Track timelines, logistics, and overall quality of execution.
  • Prepare post-project reports and necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in BTL project execution or field supervision.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Willing to travel and work on-site for events or activations.
