We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Equipment & Installation Coordinator to manage ongoing equipment installation, commissioning, and logistics projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will monitor project progress, plan weekly schedules, assign team members for on-site deployment, and ensure seamless communication between clients, technicians, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Tracking & Planning: Monitor multiple concurrent installation and commissioning projects; track status, milestones, and deliverables.
  2. Resource Scheduling: Develop and maintain weekly deployment plans; allocate team members to projects based on skillsets and availability.
  3. Client Coordination: Serve as primary point of contact for clients; confirm requirements, site readiness, and resolve on-site issues.
  4. Logistics Management: Oversee equipment delivery and transportation schedules; liaise with logistics teams and suppliers.
  5. Reporting & Documentation: Generate weekly status reports, keep all project documentation updated, and ensure milestones are met.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  2. 1–3 years in project coordination, preferably with technical/install logistics background
  3. Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills
  4. Strong communication – able to liaise with clients, technicians, and internal teams seamlessly
  5. Quick learner, problem-solver, and highly responsible ("own" the outcome)
  6. Proficient in MS Office and project tracking tools
  7. Preferred: Experience in equipment installation and logistics

  8. Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana)

  9. NOTE

  10. Project in Gapan City, but if not required to be on site, will be staying in the office in Makati
