Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Leadership skills is highly required.
  • Conducts site inspections and meetings
  • Conducts project supervision and monitoring of labor subcontractor assigned in the project site to ensure that target accomplishment, project deadlines and quality standards are met at all times.
  • Ensure that every team member assigned in project site is able to fulfill their tasks and responsibilities.
  • Canvassing and ordering of construction materials needed by the project.
  • Submits required report in a timely manner.
  • Performs other engineering-related tasks as requested by immediate head or company owner.

Qualifications:

  • College/bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Professional License (preferred)
  • At least 2 years working experience in Residential Building/Housing construction projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28, Php32,000.00 per month
