This role is critical in ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget and timeline constraints.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.Coordinate with project stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on milestones, risks, and issues.Manage site personnel, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.Implement and enforce site policies and procedures.Resolve on-site issues and escalate when necessary.Maintain accurate documentation and records related to site activities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Minimum of [X] years of experience in site/project management, preferably in [industry].Strong leadership and communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.Knowledge of local safety and labor regulations.Join an inclusive, flexible and diverse company where you can thrive while contributing to positively transforming the world we live in. #ShapingaWorldofTrust #leaveyourmark.
