We are in need of a highly motivated team player, with a desire to assist in leading a team of 30-50 individuals all with the same goals of providing the best work for our clients. This position reports directly to the Area Supervisor so problem solving and decision making are immediate. Aside from other basic job requirements, we need you to possess estimating and quantitative skills, Bar Chart-Pert CPM Scheduling and proficiency in the English Language. Must be comfortable in presiding over job site meetings and produce Minutes of Meeting are also preferred. Be a part of an TEAM that creates Dream Homes which are featured in Design Books and Magazines. Learning new task and skills are also one of the great things about this position.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Quantity Estimates, MS Office, AutoCad, Sketch Up
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
