We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our project site. This role is critical in ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget and timeline constraints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on milestones, risks, and issues.
  • Manage site personnel, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Implement and enforce site policies and procedures.
  • Resolve on-site issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to site activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in site/project management, preferably in [industry].
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
