About the role

Join our dynamic customer service team at access healthcare as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative. In this full-time role based in Pasay City, Metro Manila, you will be the first point of contact for our healthcare clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our services.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to incoming calls and emails from healthcare clients in a timely and professional manner
  2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints and requests with empathy and efficiency
  3. Provide accurate information about our healthcare services and policies
  4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or manager when necessary
  5. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
  6. Contribute to continuous improvement of our customer service processes

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, empathise and resolve customer concerns
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  4. Proficient in English, both verbal and written
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  6. Familiarity with healthcare terminology and regulations is preferred
