Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) - PHRN with a strong clinical background to join our healthcare BPO team. The role involves supporting utilization management reviews, applying clinical guidelines, and ensuring quality patient care decisions in collaboration with healthcare providers and payers.
Key Responsbilities:
- Conduct utilization management reviews using MCG and InterQual guidelines.
- Assess medical documentation for appropriateness of care and coverage.
- Provide accurate and timely communication to patients, providers, and payers.
- Document case reviews and maintain compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service in a healthcare BPO environment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in patient care and utilization management processes.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Pharmacist (PHRN)
- Minimum 1 year of acute bedside experience (Medical-Surgical Ward, ICU, NICU, Emergency room and etc.)
- Prior experience in Healthcare BPO or Utilization Management Review preferred.
- Familiarity with MCG and InterQual guidelines.
- BPO experience is a plus.
- Good communication skills.
