About the role

Join the dynamic team at access healthcare, a leading healthcare BPO provider, as a full-time Healthcare AR Trainer. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for training and upskilling our healthcare billing and account receivables teams, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional service to our clients. This position is based in our Pasay City office, with opportunities for flexibility and remote work options available.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programmes to new and existing healthcare AR agents, covering billing processes, account management, customer service and compliance
  2. Assess individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, best practices and client requirements, updating training materials accordingly
  4. Collaborate with the operations team to identify skill gaps and design tailored training solutions
  5. Maintain detailed training records and provide progress reports to management
  6. Foster a positive, learning-focused environment to motivate and engage the AR team

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience (3+ years) in a healthcare BPO, billing or customer service training role
  2. In-depth knowledge of healthcare account receivables processes, including billing, collections and compliance
  3. Excellent training and facilitation skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear, engaging manner
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify training needs and develop solutions
  5. Effective coaching and mentoring skills to support the professional development of the AR team
  6. A collaborative, adaptable approach to working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
