Your role

As a Customer Service Representative (Dayshift), you will:

  • Answering customer service queries via phone and email
  • Maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times
  • Working proactively as part of a team to ensure all phone calls are answered, handled, and recorded on the system
  • Following customer service policies and procedures
  • Prioritizing complaints and ensuring all queries are followed up on and recorded in Zendesk
  • Liaising with various internal departments, stores, and fulfillment centers
  • Providing information about the product line, prices, delivery times, online orders, and promotional services
  • Performing other ad hoc duties as they arise

What You Need:

Non-negotiables:

  • At least a year of experience in the customer service industry/BPO
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Being a team player
  • Having a passion for customer service and a drive to improve processes and service

  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office and Zendesk
