About the role

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Healthcare Account for Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc.', you will be the first point of contact for our clients in the healthcare industry. Working from our office in Pasay City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming calls and emails from customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on our products and services
  4. Documenting customer interactions and following up on any outstanding tasks or issues
  5. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  6. Continuously improving your knowledge and skills to better serve our customers

What we're looking for

  1. Customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or contact centre environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and respond to customer needs
  3. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  6. A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude
