About the role

As a Medical Claims Specialist (AR) at Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc.', you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service within the healthcare industry. This full-time position is located in Pasay City, Metro Manila and will involve handling a variety of medical claims-related tasks to ensure timely and accurate processing.

What you'll be doing

  1. Review and process medical claims from patients, providers, and insurance companies
  2. Liaise with clients, patients, and insurance providers to gather necessary information and documentation
  3. Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues with medical claims
  4. Maintain detailed records and provide regular updates on claim status
  5. Collaborate with the wider team to identify process improvements and enhance the customer experience
  6. Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or medical claims processing role, ideally within the healthcare industry
  2. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  3. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with medical billing and coding
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
  5. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently as needed
  6. Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and industry best practices
