-Job Description:

  • support the financial operations of a company or organization by performing various administrative and clerical tasks related to accounting and finance.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately input financial data, including invoices, receipts, expense reports, and other financial transactions, into the accounting software or spreadsheets.

  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Assist in processing payments to vendors, suppliers, and contractors, and help monitor incoming payments from customers or clients.

  • Alphalist

Qualifications:

- Graduate of BS course

  • Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks,) and Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet applications.

  • Accuracy is critical in accounting, so a keen eye for detail is essential.

  • Comfortable working with numbers and performing basic calculations.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and external contacts.

  • Time Management: Capable of meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks concurrently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
