Job Overview

Were looking for a reliable and detail-driven Accounting Assistant to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting operations. If you're organized, proactive, and confident with numbers, this role will be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting tasks, including accounts receivable and accounts payable

  • Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations

  • Process payroll accurately and on schedule

  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

  • Update Xero with accurate, timely financial data

  • Support compliance and audit requirements

  • Coordinate with internal teams for financial documentation and requirements

  • Perform other finance-related admin tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent

  • Proficient in Xero (must-have)

  • Experienced in payroll processing

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Able to work in an office-based setup

  • Good communication and organizational skills

Location: Office-based (Clark / Angeles City, Pampanga)
