Account & Marketplace Assistant (WFH)
Job Description:
Product Listing & Content Management:
- Upload and maintain product listings across multiple platforms (Amazon, Shopify, JB Hi-Fi Marketplace, eBay, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to optimise product visibility and conversion.
- Upload and manage product imagery, ensuring all assets meet platform-specific standards.
- Maintain product accuracy and consistency across all channels.
Amazon Vendor Central:
- Set up and manage A+ Content, Brand Stores, and Brand Story sections.
- Support the planning and execution of Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands).
- Monitor catalogue health, resolve suppressed listings and compliance issues.
- Assist with weekly reporting on traffic, conversion, and sales performance.
Marketplace Operations & Support:
- Maintain product catalogues and update pricing, inventory, and promotional content.
- Customer Service Assistance (reply to customers, returns).
- Support new product onboarding and channel integrations.
- Monitor orders, stock levels, and flag fulfilment concerns where needed.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, sales events, and time-sensitive product pushes.
Reporting & Forecasting:
- Export, consolidate, and analyse data across all platforms (sales, advertising, inventory).
- Prepare weekly dashboards and support sales forecasting and promotional planning.
- Identify trends and insights to support decision-making and optimise performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Previous experience in marketplace or digital merchandising role.
- High proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.) and general data handling.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Vendor Central is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SEO for e-commerce product content.
- Strong work ethic with proven ability to produce high quality work.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and proven problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills at all levels of the business.
