We are looking for a detail-oriented Management Accountant to support financial decision-making and drive performance across our meat processing operations. In this role, you will prepare monthly management accounts, perform cost analysis, provide budgeting insights, and deliver performance reporting. You will monitor financial performance against KPIs, analyse production costs and inventory valuations, and assist with cashflow management and capital investment analysis. This role also involves ensuring compliance with Australian accounting standards and preparing statutory returns, including BAS, IAS, payroll tax, and Tasmanian Freight Equalisation.

The ideal candidate will be actively involved in projects to enhance finance functions and support broader operational transformation initiatives. You will work closely with operations and production teams to improve cost efficiency, contribute to strategic financial planning, and participate in process and systems improvements. What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA highly regarded)
  • 3–5 years' experience in management accounting, ideally in manufacturing, agribusiness, or FMCG
  • Proven experience working with Australian businesses
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and ERP systems
  • Advanced Excel skills, financial modelling expertise, and proficiency in Microsoft Power BI
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to change
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
  • Willingness to work Australasian hours.
  • Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City.
