HR Coordinator

Qualifications:
- With at least 6 months and up experience in HR or administrative functions
- Timekeeping experience is an advantage
- Willing to work under pressure and in a fast-paced project environment
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information
- Willing to render extended hours when necessary
- Flexible and can adapt to project site work setup
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily HR operations such as timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and document processing
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and orientation activities for project-based employees
- Maintain and update employee records and ensure completeness of requirements
- Coordinate with site supervisors and main office regarding HR concerns
- Assist in payroll-related tasks when needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at the project site
Job Types: Fixed term, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
