I. Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Advantage: Experience in Manpower Services, Administrative Tasks

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office

Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven

Able to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines

Preferably residing in or near Clark, Pampanga

II. Roles & Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection

Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations

Maintain and expand sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)

Schedule and conduct interviews and assessments

Ensure a smooth and timely onboarding process

Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documents

Support payroll preparation, attendance monitoring, and compliance

Coordinate with the HR head or site manager for reports and updates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php600.00 per day
