  4. Prepare documents, reports and presentations, manage office supplies.
  5. Provide general support in implementing administrative procedures.

  6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management or related field preferred

  7. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  8. Secretarial experience is an advantage but newly graduates are welcome to apply
