- Schedule appointments and meetings, maintain calendars and coordinate events.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensure accuracy and confidentiality, and manage databases.
- Prepare documents, reports and presentations, manage office supplies.
Provide general support in implementing administrative procedures.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management or related field preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Secretarial experience is an advantage but newly graduates are welcome to apply
