About the role

Join the dynamic team at Solar Company as our new Office Secretary. This is a full-time position based in our Santa Cruz, Manila City office. As Office Secretary, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to our management team, ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing full administrative and secretarial support to the management team
  • Handling a wide range of general office duties, including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls and correspondence
  • Maintaining comprehensive records and filing systems
  • Assisting with event planning and other special projects as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar office secretary or administrative assistant role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
