Job Overview
The Executive Secretary provides comprehensive administrative and executive support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant's executive office. This role involves managing the Executive's schedule, coordinating communications, preparing reports and presentations, handling confidential matters, and supporting the execution of company directives across multiple restaurant branches or departments.
The Executive Secretary serves as a professional representative of the Executive, promoting a culture of efficiency, respect, and hospitality consistent with the company's values.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion.
- Coordinate with department heads, branch managers, and external partners.
- Record, distribute, and monitor action items from management meetings.
- Assist in the execution and follow-up of company directives and projects.
- Communicate company memos, announcements, and updates as directed by the CEO.
- Support documentation related to permits, contracts, and other business requirements.
- Represent the CEO professionally in internal and external interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-year experience as Executive Secretary or Executive Assistant, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and other administrative tools.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
