Job Descriptions:

  • Prepare invoices
  • Make sure all details in the invoices are correct and match the auction data
  • Follow up payments with the clients 3 days after the auction
  • Coordinating with clients for the delivery of their purchased items
  • Gently remind the clients to settle their accounts, especially the ones with
  • previous or past due balances
  • Create aging reports
  • Check if all payments are reflected in the company bank accounts
  • Match all payments collected, if correct, with the invoices sent and the auction data
  • Schedule deliveries and coordinate with the logistics team
  • Answer auction or consignment inquiries via email, messages, or phone calls
  • Other task that maybe assign from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
