Job Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Receivable Executive. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely collections, and supporting smooth financial operations. Experience with SAP or Oracle and strong accounting knowledge is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:


•Preparation and circulation of customer outstanding statements.
•Preparation of customer account receivables ageing.


•Customer follow-ups to ensure recovery of outstanding balances and provide customer support to resolve disputes.


•Maintenance of credit customers agreements and compliance with group policy and procedures.
•Creation of customer and vendors in SAP.


•Validation of customer and vendors bank account details in SAP.


•Facilitate customer overpayments & security deposit refunds.


•Approval of customer security deposit release in CLA (Container ledger Accounts).


•Assist accounts payable team to manage vendor records and vendor invoice register update on daily basis.


•Assist taxation supervisor to have correct monthly information with regards customer withholding taxes.


•Ensure their company receives payments for goods and services and records these transactions accordingly. Securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts and resolving any discrepancies.

Qualifications & Skills:


•Must be accounting bachelor or master's in accounting finance will be an advantage.


•Prior experience of 2 to 3 year working as account receivable & accounts payable executive needed.


•MSC office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) advance user.


•Good understanding of General accounting principle and international financial reporting framework is a must.


•SAP OR Oracle ERP system working experience will be an advantage.


•Strong accounting aptitude of accounts receivable, job experience with spreadsheets and other invoicing software, and math and negotiations skills.
