What are we looking for?
We're looking for an aspiring Accounts Receivable Officer, with prior experience. Ideally, this person should be a fast learner for processes and have a great eye for detail as working timely and accurately is key for this role. He/she should be a team player to be successful in a collaborative environment.

What are you expected to do?

• Process accounts receivable transactions
• Continuous evaluation of current policies and recommendations for process improvements
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Provide support for internal and external audits
• Prepare cash receipts for processing
• Perform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage collection efforts and associated functions

You'll Be a Great Fit If

• You have an Associate's degree preferably in Accounting or any related field
• You have 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
• You are amenable to working Onsite.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
• You have strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy
• You have the ability to analyze large sets of data
• You have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

We will be absolutely thrilled if you also have the following:

• You have a high degree of familiarity with accounts receivable functions
• You have some experience with collections, invoicing, and/or accounts receivable
• Have experience in Australian accounting processes
• You have knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Are familiar with accounting systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Navision.

What happens after you submit your application?
The Whole Process Takes Around 4 Weeks

• There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
• We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
• If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
