About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Fleet Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, government institutions, and large organizations to promote and sell fleet vehicles and related services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential fleet customers through market research and networking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in corporate and government sectors.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (finance, logistics, aftersales) to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fleet or corporate vehicle sales (automotive industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
