Job Summary

The Logistics Officer ensures the efficient and timely scheduling, coordination, and dispatch of deliveries. The role focuses on layouting daily delivery plans, monitoring fleet activities, and ensuring accurate and on-time dispatch aligned with operations and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and coordinate daily delivery schedules and truck routing.
  • Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of deliveries with complete documentation.
  • Monitor delivery progress and resolve routing or dispatch issues.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Inventory teams on delivery requirements.
  • Maintain accurate delivery and dispatch records for tracking and reporting.
  • Manage and document all returned goods, pull-outs, and stock retrievals in compliance with company procedures.
  • Support implementation of logistics policies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in dispatching or logistics coordination, preferably in FMCG or distribution.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office or ERP/logistics systems (advantage).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple schedules efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php19,000.00 per month
