Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at the Manila Sales Office. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mandaluyong City.

The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving hotel revenue by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and effectively promoting our services. You will be the bridge between potential clients and the exceptional experience we offer in Palawan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals
  • Collaborate with the hotel team to align sales efforts with operational goals
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and market analysis to guide strategic planning
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience in customer relationship management and client servicing
  • Strong background in market research and competitive analysis
  • Confidence in delivering presentations and closing deals
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
