As a Panel Operations Manager, you'll lead the daily operations of the Panel & Product team, ensuring efficiency, alignment with business goals, and a culture of high performance. You will oversee team members, guide process transitions, and drive operational excellence within the panel management ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Mentor and support the growth of team members, fostering leadership at the ground level.
  • Oversee panel and product operations pods to ensure collaboration, performance, and accountability.

Operational Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with broader business goals.
  • Lead panel operations, product testing, and SOP standardization across KR/CN markets.
  • Ensure stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of panel and product operations.

Performance Management & Process Improvement

  • Monitor key metrics and KPIs to evaluate team productivity and quality.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements for greater operational impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Common Activities

  • Maintain the company's positive public image.
  • Identify and report financial or operational risks to management.
  • Participate actively in meetings, process documentation, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in panel operations, online research, digital platform, or product operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching and development.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and KPIs to monitor operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented, with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Experience working in a multicultural or APAC regional environment is an advantage.
