About the role

Responsible for ensuring the attainment of organizational objectives in areas of PROFESSIONALISM, PRODUCTIVITY and Business PROFITABILTY .

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the operational performance, strategic directions, team development and needed Company innovations.
  • Conceptualize, design and implement effective operational and Sales strategies for optimum organizational performance, competitiveness and business sustainability, in close strategic partnership with other Executives and Business owners.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Manage and coach the sales and operations team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their individual and team goals
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in retail industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Experience managing teams of 5-15 people across sales and operations functions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in the use of sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Thorough understanding of sales and marketing principles, as well as operational best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of operations management experience in addition to sales management
