What Youll Be Bringing To The Table
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in reporting, operations, or a similar role in a BPO environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with Data and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team
Your Daily Tasks
  • Create weekly and monthly performance reports (productivity, attendance, adherence)
  • Collaborate with clients, Operations, and HR to monitor staff attendance
  • Monitor real-time adherence and attendance, ensuring alignment with scheduled shifts
  • Manage monitoring tools to optimize productivity and spot discrepancies
  • Analyze trends and workforce data to identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate with Team Leaders and Operations Managers to handle shift swaps, leaves, and absences
  • Implement and enforce workforce compliance with company policies
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all reports submitted to stakeholders
