We're transforming the commercial real estate appraisal process with innovation, transparency, and data-driven insights. As we grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented, systems-savvy Junior Accountant or Accountant to join our Finance team and help us keep our numbers sharp, accurate, and impactful.

What You'll Do

  • Keep our financial records accurate by monitoring transactions, recording payments, and tracking bank activity.
  • Support invoicing and work closely with Business Development and Client teams to keep cash flowing smoothly.
  • Manage accounts receivable, follow up on payments, and keep aging reports up to date.
  • Process accounts payable, ensuring every bill is entered and approved correctly.
  • Take ownership in month-end close—bank reconciliations, expense allocations, revenue matching, journal entries, and balance sheet schedules.
  • Lend a hand with payroll or commission calculations when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of accounting experience, ideally in a high-growth or scaling company.
  • Strong NetSuite expertise (a must-have).
  • Bonus points for experience with , Salesforce, or other accounting tools.
  • Solid grasp of accounting principles (GAAP knowledge a plus).
  • Comfort with manual work—meticulous when it comes to reconciliations and data entry.
  • Strong communicator who thrives in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
