About the role
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Claims/Billing Specialist at access healthcare, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support for healthcare claims processing. In this full-time role based in Pasay City, Metro Manila, you will play a vital part in ensuring a seamless and efficient claims experience for our clients.
What you'll be doing
- Manage inbound customer inquiries and claims, responding to requests via phone, email and chat
- Accurately process and resolve healthcare claims, ensuring timely and compliant case management
- Provide clear explanations and updates to customers on the status of their claims
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to gather information and facilitate claims resolution
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and make recommendations for process improvements
- Maintain detailed records and documentation for all customer interactions and claims activities
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or claims processing role, preferably within the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to efficiently investigate and resolve claims issues
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications to manage customer data and claims processing
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure to meet deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable, with a collaborative team-oriented approach
