The Warehouse Inbound Supervisor is responsible to ensure proper warehouse supervision on activities which include but not limited to inventory handling, stocks management, inbound and outbound activities ensuring quality requirements of the company are implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in maintaining good warehousing and ensure good working environment as a team
  • Ensure that all Warehouse Standard Operating Procedures are cascaded and strictly implemented
  • Collaborates with the team with regards to strategic planning
  • Monitor warehouse utilization and turnaround to ensure that warehouse is fully utilized
  • Monitor Service Level Agreements to and from other departments to provide on time and efficient services
  • Collaborates with the team in implementing cost savings for the company
  • Responsible in monitoring Inventory Cycle count results and reconciliation
  • Organize truck loads and routing schedule to increase efficiency and profitability
  • Perform work related task assigned by superior and management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor preferably in the retail
  • Graduate of bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Supply Management, Business or any related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office Knowledgeable in SAP system. Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.
  • Willing to be assigned at Marian Road II, Paranaque City.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
