Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, storage, and dispatch of products. This role ensures efficient workflows, proper documentation, and the safe handling of ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics merchandise while supervising warehouse staff and supporting logistics coordination.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse personnel
  • Oversee the receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods in an accurate and timely manner
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliations
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with Purchasing and Sales departments
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety standards
  • Check and approve warehouse documents such as DRs, RRs, and pull-out forms
  • Conduct staff training and enforce company policies on warehouse procedures
  • Coordinate with logistics, sales, and QC teams to resolve issues related to deliveries and product handling
  • Ensure all warehouse equipment is maintained and operational
  • Prepare warehouse performance reports and suggest improvements when needed

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
  • With at least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics operations
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in inventory systems, Microsoft Excel, and documentation processes
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and equipment handling
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Trustworthy, dependable, and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to work on-site in Baesa, Caloocan City
