Key Responsibilities
- Draft and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and other platforms.
- Source candidates through databases, referrals, networking, and recruitment activities.
- Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment tracking systems.
- Support the onboarding process and assist with new hire documentation.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR; experience in technical recruitment and hiring IT roles is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage confidential information with integrity.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Willing to work evening shifts .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
