About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Light Industrial Recruiter to join a leading U.S.-based food distribution and manufacturing company. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring CDL drivers, warehouse associates, and warehouse supervisors.
You will manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume operational positions and project-based assignments, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for CDL drivers and warehouse-related positions.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from outreach to placement.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and expectations.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume and niche light industrial roles.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
- Keep accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Other Responsibilities:
- Support team initiatives to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
- Provide feedback to clients on market conditions, candidate availability, and role requirements.
- Assist in ad-hoc recruitment projects as needed.
What Were Looking For:
- 1–2 years of U.S. recruiting experience, preferably in light industrial roles.
- Experience hiring CDL drivers, warehouse staff, or warehouse supervisors.
- Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
